The book displays 46 black-and-white
drawings made by Elena Shipitsova, a wonderful artist from Moscow,
in pen and ink. These drawings were made for works of one of the greatest
Russian poets, Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin.
These drawings, done by
Elena Shipitsova in one sitting, without any pencil-sketch, are unique
- and that is why they are so charming.
